Scafell Tech Private Limited builds software that lets an organisation take in complaints and service requests over WhatsApp and run them through to closure. The work covers five areas:

- Multilingual conversational workflows in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
- Automatic classification and routing of incoming requests to the right department and field officer.
- Operations dashboards with live status, service-level tracking and audited records.
- Geospatial ward and zone mapping for municipal service delivery.

How we work with client organisations
We operate as a technology provider. A client organisation holds its own WhatsApp Business Account and remains the controlling party for the data collected through it; Scafell Tech Private Limited integrates the WhatsApp Business Platform on its behalf and manages the messaging infrastructure and message templates for it.
Under data protection law that makes the client organisation the data fiduciary and Scafell Tech Private Limited its data processor: we process personal data only on the client’s documented instructions. What that means in practice — the categories of data involved, retention, sub-processors and the rights of the people whose data is processed — is set out in our Privacy Policy.
